Mark, a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (C.A.P.S), blends technical expertise and construction experience with his natural brand of kindness, honesty, and passion for serving people.  Mark has been a construction professional since the 1980s, is a licensed real estate broker, and is widely recognized as an industry expert. He constantly seeks new technologies to benefit KC MASS customers.

Sharon, also a licensed realtor, is known for her attention to detail and for her caring nature.  She has handled her great-grandmother’s affairs since 1998 and has experience helping customers find resources and products that can help them live independently.  Like Mark, Sharon focuses on giving clients an outstanding customer service experience.  She works to provide a smooth, easy, and informative construction, real estate and product purchase experience for all customers.
